c) Awakening
People who have advanced passed the sub-intellectual level start to be aware that there is more to life than the physical. They become aware of their spiritual gifts but do not understand them. They usually do not want to talk about their gifts because they are embarrassed to think that anyone should know that they are having these thoughts. They usually try to find any other rational explanations for their thoughts and feelings. If they are encouraged to express themselves at this stage, without ridicule, then they can move forward.Topics - it is not necessary to cover all topics in one lifetime.
- Orientation profile as outlined by the Inner Peace Movement (IPM). This includes a technique which they can learn to communicate with their spiritual guides (angels).
- Reading spiritual books such as the ones in the Bibliography
- Meditations - usually they are ready for some guided meditations which can last up to 20 minutes.
- One-to-one help from a spiritual counsellor is useful.
- They need to learn to trust their feelings and know what is coming from the heart and what is coming from the head.
