13. You are composed of energy.

Everything in the universe is ultimately composed of energy. Matter is just energy whose vibration has been slowed down so much that it has taken physical form. Your physical body is therefore composed of this type of energy. Your body is a vehicle to get you around on this planet. However, you are not your body. You are a soul and souls are composed of energy that has not been slowed down to become matter. You, as a soul, are attached to your physical body by a silver cord. This cord forms at birth and severs when you pass on. Energy can be neither created nor destroyed. You have always been, you are and you will always be.
